Shipment:
Q: When will ship out the ordered goods?
1) We will send out the item within 2-4 working days after the payment has been cleared (Sat., Sun. & public holiday excluded).
2) We will send the item to buyer's address registered in the order form. If you want us send to a different address, please contact us through message or email with correct address before you pay.
3) We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address supplied by buyer. Any non-received items caused by invalid address provided by buyer are not in our full refund or replacement policy.
4) We are not responsible for damage, delay or lost of the goods during transportation since those situations are out of our control.
Q: In which way the goods will be sending out?
Hong Kong orders:
1. Orders within Hong Kong will be sent out via Local Mail Service of Hongkong Post or SF Express domestic delivery (buyer bear all risks during transportation). You can select your preferance when ordering.
2) It usually takes 1-3 working days for local delivery within Hong Kong.
Worldwide orders:
For other areas outside Hong Kong, goods will be shipped via either one of the following methods (buyer bear all risks during transportation), please select your preference when placing order:
- a) Express: Speed Post by Hongkong Post
- b) Air mail: International Air Mail of Hongkong Post (buyer need to bear the risk during transportation). We recommend buyer to add the registered mail service for better protection of your items.
- c) you can chosse SF Express if delivery address in Mainland China or Macau address
By air mail of Hongkong Post to most coutries outside Hong Kong, it normally takes about 7-14 working days to arrive (except long holidays, e.g. Christmas, Chinese New Year). For other countries such as Canada and most European countries with more strict custom clearance procedures, delivery may take up to 20 working days to complete.

**All items to be sent will be marked as gift and showed the low value. But if any custom charges occured should be paid by the buyer, we are not responsible for these charges.
Q: Is the price included shipment fee?
1) All prices are included shipment fee for delivery address within Hong Kong by Local Mail Service of Hongkong Post only (however, due to system setting restriction, HK$0.1 will be changed for the shipping cost), unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the description. And for better protection of your goods, we suggest buyer to add HK$15.5 for the Registered Mail service.
If you want us to send by SF Express (domestic delivery within HK), sorry that you have to pay for the shipping cost. And the shipping cost showed on the order form is not included the remote districts (you can roll down to the bottom to check the remote districts coverage at the "Useful links").
2) The prices do not include shipment fee for any delivery address outside Hong Kong. Buyer need to pay the shipment fee if delivery address is outside Hong Kong.
3. If buyer ordered 2 or more goods (under the same or different categories) and requested ship to the same address in the same parcel, we will charge only one shipment fee. So please place the orders at the same time.
If buyer ordered 2 goods, but request ship to two different addresses or send in two different parcels, we will charge two shipment fees.
Return and replacement policy details:
1. We do not offer refunds on all skin care items.
2. You may return/exchange the items within 7 days from receiving the shipment only on the following conditions:
- There is an error on the items you received against your order placed. We will deliver and exchange the items at our cost. And we may ask the buyer to submit the related documents/photos as proof.
- Please contact us through message or email within 7 days from receiving the shipment.
- The returned items must be in the same condition/packaging as you received, and must not be opened or used.
3. All returns have to be preauthorized. Please contact us to get an authorization and returning address before sending the item back. (But the postage/courier cost will not be refunded) We do not accept any return/exchange of items that were opened and/or used.
4. We only will send out the exchange items after received the returned items.
5. If the items you received different from the photos posted on our website is due to change of packaging from the manufacturer, we do not accept as a reason of return/exchange.
6. Due to the photo shooting light source and resolution of the different displayer, please allow the slight color deviation between the photos & the actual item.
7. For all the handmade items, please allow slight variation between each piece (eg. color, shape, size...) due to the nature of handcrafted products.
