Payment:

1. We accept payment by Paypal for worldwide buyers, and also accept bank transfer for buyers in HongKong (HSBC or BOC).

A)  By Paypal: please inform us as soon as you settled the payment.  We will send out the goods within 2-4 working days upon received the payment (depands on stock availability; in case of holiday, we will send out the goods right after the holiday).

B)    By bank transfer: please email the bank receipt to us after you transferred the money to our account.  We will send out the goods with 2 working days upon received the payment (in case of holiday, we will send out the goods right after the holiday).

2. Upon received a new order, we will send a confirmation email to the buyer within 24 hours (if buyer requested pay by bank transfer, we will inform the bank account number in the same email).  If you couldn’t receive our confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us (but please check your spam or junk box first before contact us).

3. Payment should be made within 3 working days after received our confirmation email unless buyer has contacted us in advance with specific reasons. 

4. We reserve the right to void the transaction if the payment is not received 7 days after placing order!

 

Remarks:

1) Due to the photo shooting light and resolution of the displayer, please allow the slight color deviation between the photo & the actual item.

2) For all the handmade items, please allow slight variation between each piece (eg. color, shape, size...) due to the nature of handcrafted products.
